Post-Incident/Investigation Remediation

Physical, Verbal, Cyber, or Relational Aggression/Bullying

This course utilizes Social-Emotional Lessons, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) exercises to strengthen the confidence and interpersonal skills of the target of aggressive behaviors including bullying.

Instructional content is differentiated according to the student’s grade level.

Objectives

At the conclusion of this course, participants will be able to:

Identify and Remediate Problematic Behaviors.

Identify and Differentiate Behavior Colors in Action – Red Behavior (Bullying) versus Orange Behavior (Conflict) versus Blue Behavior (Neutral).

Identify behaviors according to the Behavior Color-Coded System.

Sample Lesson: Red Behaviors, Grades 9-12

Respond to and report problematic behaviors according to the Behavior Color-Coded System and not to label self as the target.
