Course Objectives: At the conclusion of this course, participants will be able to Identify and Remediate Problematic Behaviors. Identify and Differentiate Behavior Colors in Action – Red Behavior (Bullying) versus Orange Behavior (Conflict) versus Blue Behavior (Neutral). Identify behaviors according to the Behavior Color-Coded System: Red Behavior (Bullying), Orange Behavior (Conflict), Yellow Behavior (Anger), Green Behavior (Friendly), and Blue Behavior (Neutral). Respond to and report problematic behaviors according to the Behavior Color-Coded System and not to label self as the target.
