Unit 1
This unit introduces students to C3’s Color-Coded Behavior Identification System; the 3 Requirements for Red Behavior (HIB); Orange Behavior (Conflict); Yellow Behavior (Anger); Green Behavior (Friendly); Blue Behavior (Neutral?); and teaches the identification of Acts of Kindness (Kindness Received, Kindness Performed, and Kindness Witnessed). K students use the software’s draw and color tool to respond to exercises.
Unit 2
This unit reviews C3’s Color-Coded Behavior Identification System; teaches Strategies for the Target, Strategies for the Witness, and Strategies for the Aggressor; reviews C3’s Behavior Colors in Action to feelings including feeling frustrated, embarrassed, and anger?); and teaches the identification of Acts of Kindness (Kindness Received, Kindness Performed, and Kindness Witnessed). K students use the software’s draw and color tool to respond to exercises.
Unit 3
This unit reviews Strategies for the Target, Strategies for the Witness, and Strategies for the Aggressor; reviews C3’s Behavior Colors in Action; teaches feelings including feeling worried, sad, nervous, and lonely ?); and teaches the identification of Acts of Kindness (Kindness Received, Kindness Performed, and Kindness Witnessed). K students use the software’s draw and color tool to respond to exercises.
Unit 4
